aluminum profiles depends entirely on the completeness and refinement of manufacturing processes. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Foshan Yanghe Aluminum deeply understands the decisive role of full-process craftsmanship in product performance.
The manufacturing process starts with raw material selection. High-purity aluminum alloy ingots undergo strict composition testing to ensure precise proportions of magnesium, silicon, and other alloying elements, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing. The core extrusion process involves heating aluminum alloy ingots to a plastic state at around 500°C, followed by high-pressure extrusion molding using extruders. Equipped with 5 professional extrusion lines, Yanghe adjusts pressure parameters according to the complexity of profile cross-sections to guarantee molding accuracy.

After molding, profiles undergo precision processing such as milling, brushing, and sandblasting. Mechanical polishing enhances surface flatness, while anodizing, electrophoretic coating, and powder coating are key to determining product corrosion resistance and aesthetics. Yanghe’s anodizing process forms a uniform oxide film on the profile surface, improving wear resistance and expanding color options. Electrophoretic coating and powder coating further enhance protective performance, adapting to diverse application scenarios.
